Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Custom-made or used furniture items are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or repair depending on the issue.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product (due to color, size, or design), we’ll be happy to help, provided the request is made within 7 days and the item is eligible for return.

- Assembled or installed furniture
- Used or damaged products not caused during delivery
